Jackson has been waking up during the night lately. Every two hours!! It's crazy, but Sean and I try not to go in there, since when we were pregnant, all we read about was teaching your kid how to "self soothe." Huh? Teach a baby how to calm themselves? Since this is our first shot at parenthood, we decided to try out the whole self soothing and... it worked!! When Jackson goes to bed, we turn on his aquarium, which plays soft lullaby's. He loves it, and rarely goes to sleep without it. He's figured out how to turn it on himself, because for the last couple of nights, we'll hear him talking for a couple of minutes, and then, the sweet songs of the aquarium. Our boy has taught himself how to go back to bed on his own. We are so proud!
